The Unreadable Letter — My New Book Is Here
There is a certain kind of document the establishment doesn't want you to read. Not because it's dangerous in the ordinary sense — not because it reveals state secrets or exposes crimes. But because what it says undermines the entire framework that powerful people have spent centuries constructing.
The Mahari Fragment is that kind of document.
A Book Born from My Analytical Work
During my years as a CIA analyst, I developed pattern-recognition algorithms that could identify anomalies across vast datasets — signals buried under noise that human eyes couldn't detect. That training taught me something profound: the most important secrets aren't hidden by destroying evidence. They're hidden by controlling access to it.
That insight is what drove me to write The Unreadable Letter — Book One of The Unwritten series.
"When a fragment of ancient Hebrew text arrives on Elias Voss's desk, it looks like a scholarly curiosity. It is not. The Mahari Fragment is the one document a centuries-old secret society — the Remnant — has spent generations suppressing. A cerebral, evidence-driven thriller about what happens when the most dangerous document in human history is finally ready to be read."
The Story Behind the Story
Elias Voss is a linguist and cryptographic historian — not a spy, not a soldier. He solves problems with manuscripts, not weapons. When a fragment of ancient Hebrew script lands on his desk as a routine translation request, he doesn't recognize it for what it is: the detonator of a three-hundred-year-old conspiracy.
The Remnant has operated in the shadows of academia and religion for centuries, methodically acquiring, suppressing, and — when necessary — destroying any trace of the Mahari Fragment. They are not crude. They are not violent by preference. They are patient, institutional, and almost invisible. Almost.
What does a document say that makes a secret society spend generations erasing every copy of it? That question is at the heart of this book. And I wrote it to be read the same way I once read classified intelligence: carefully, skeptically, and with a willingness to follow the evidence wherever it leads — even when the destination is uncomfortable.
Why This Book Is Different
The Knight Chronicles documentary investigation series is built on real phenomena — UFOs, cryptids, HAARP, ancient codes. The Unreadable Letter is a work of fiction, but it's fiction constructed with the same methodology: layered evidence, institutional behavior, historical grounding. Every system in this story — the way secret societies protect information, the way institutions suppress inconvenient knowledge, the way ancient texts are authenticated — reflects patterns I studied for over a decade in intelligence work.
Readers who want the procedural weight of non-fiction in a thriller format will find this book was written exactly for them.

Book Two of The Unwritten is already in development. The Mahari Fragment is only the beginning of what Elias Voss is about to uncover.
